    Default Centering Logo

    Hi,

    Can anyone put me out of my misery and tell me where to go to centre the bloomin logo. I must have looked over old posts and FAQ's for hours, I have cracked - any help would be great. I know it is somewhere simple!!!!

    Oh and also how to put borders around the left side boxes??

    In your stylesheet.css find this line:
    Code:
    #logo, .centerBoxContents, .specialsListBoxContents, .categoryListBoxContents, .centerBoxContentsAlsoPurch, .attribImg {float: left;}
    and change it to:
    Code:
    #logo {text-align: center;}
    .centerBoxContents, .specialsListBoxContents, .categoryListBoxContents, .centerBoxContentsAlsoPurch, .attribImg {float: left;}

    Hi!

    I tried everything here stated to change my logo to be centered yet it still is not working! I'm using the classic template. Am I missing something??

    Sorry about that www.sssoaps.com/shop

    My other issue is the colors on the left and right. Tried everything I could find on the forums. I'm trying to get it to look like my main site (sssoaps.com) Mainly balck & white. And also need to remove the pic link at the very bottom. I can start a new thread if needed. Thanks!

    Well for me it's not showing as centered. Cleared my cache and all that. Hmmm. Well now to figure out the columns.

    I show centered in Firefox and left in IE6. But you did not do what Clyde suggested in the earlier post. You have -
    #logo, .centerBoxContents, .specialsListBoxContents, .categoryListBoxContents, .centerBoxContentsAlsoPurch, .attribImg {
    float: center;
    }
    While he suggests -
    #logo {text-align: center;}
    .centerBoxContents, .specialsListBoxContents, .categoryListBoxContents, .centerBoxContentsAlsoPurch, .attribImg {float: left;}
    Clyde knows more CSS than me but that looks like it would work.

    Clyde or Kuroi, why would you add float: center; in the logowrapper to do this?

    You shouldn't,
    Code:
    float: center
    is not a valid css selector.
