    ok, I changed the TYPE=MyISAM; to ENGINE=MyISAM; and I am now able to see the abandoned carts. WOW! This is really cool.

    Unfortunately, my Configuration, Configure RCS is blank and I cannot see any settings. Any suggestions?

    Hi, woody

    I use Zen cart 1.3.9h, I found there is a function called Who's online can check customer activity, also can show if they put item to shopping cart or not
    but I can not contact them, do you know how to deal with that?

    It seems that the install went through fine but the Admin Config is a blank page with no configuration options available. I have tried most everything but do not know what I am missing. Is there a way to uninstall this and start over?

    I noticed that there was a folder named "boxes" with files in it in the older version of this mod but this folder is missing in the current version. Could this be the result of the admin config not showing up but for a blank page?

    I am sorry if this has been answered, but I searched and could not find an answer.

    Plugin is working fine except that email message has the only the folder that the store is in and the product.

    Hi, I'm still getting a blank page in zencart Admin - Configuration - Configure RCS and would be really grateful for your help.

    This is what I've got:
    Zen Cart 1.5.1
    Recover Cart Sales - Version: 4.00.00a
    PHP Version: 5.2.17
    Database: MySQL 5.0.77

    I made the changes you suggested in post no. 541 of this thread, deleted the configuration_group table entry associated with the name "Recover Cart Sales", made sure that there are no items in the configuration table that start with RCS_ and then re-ran the SQL that you posted in post no. 548.

    I don't get any error messages, just keep getting a blank at Admin - Configuration - Configure RCS.

    I thought I would restate my issue.

    My store is in a folder of my main website. The email that is sent out shows the product links without the website url and shows only the folder and the files. Could this be a is with the Configuration Settings in configure.php ?

    One more time the right term is the TLD is not included in the product links in the email sent to the customer.

    I have had this problem for ages now and I am not sure which plug-in broke which, but I want to say it might have been this one now that I think about it. BiSN has been installed from nearly the beginning.

    From the other thread, it seems there are a few of us now...
