We offer FexEx express for each of the above in the US
We ship APO/FPO only via USPS Priority Mail

I want flat rate to show only when the total is under $30.00 for the US

As it stands now flat rate shows as an option on all totals and APO/FPO

How can I set up flat rate to only display when the total is under $30.00 and not in any of the other shipping options?
