Hi,
Before i had ZC, i created my newsletters in MS publisher and then sent them out...
Now i have ZC :) and i still would like to create my newsletter in publisher and send it through ZC's newsletter function..
IS it possible is there anything i need to do to make this work...??

If you are generating HTML content to paste into the newsletter, you should be able to send it fine.
Try a test to yourself first..

Couldn't you setup a user account and then send that user an email?

I am a user but in the newsletter section i cant just send a newsletter to just one person i have to send to the whole group for some reason...

You can send an email to yourself through the "Send Email" under tools. It allows you to send it to just one person, all of your customers, or just the newsletter subscribers. That is an easier way to send out your newsletter. Test it by sending it to yourself first.

v1.3.0.2 now allows you to send to yourself ... ie: "the Administrator" ... when you choose this, it'll send to the email address of the logged-in-administrator
(you can update that email address in admin->tools->Admin settings).
