Alternative simple header contribution

Hi,
This is my second simple contribution, so im still learning ;)
From the readme...
What does this contribution do?
This is a simple template that changes the order of the compontents in your header.
Instead of the home and log in bar being at the top, where it may possibly be missed or scrolled past very quickly, it places this bar underneath your shop logo. I wanted this on my store so thought id make a quick contribution to help others. I have a 1.3.0.1 store but have also included the file for 1.2.7. I have no plans to make it available for older versions, I recommend you upgrade;)

Any problems, please post and ill try my best to help out if I can or hopefully someone else might be able to.
This has been uploaded to the downloads area but I had to create the thread first for the read me, as soon as its been approved ill post a link.
