Possible to change Admin layout of adding new book products?

As easy populate isn't compatible with Mokus Book Product Type, is it possible to tweak the layout in admin, when I'm adding new products so I can have the data-entry fields customised to the way I work.

For example - I would like it to read like this:>
Product Name:
Subtitle:
Products price gross
Products price net
tax class
product description
pages
author
date available
etc

just rearranging of how its presented to me in admin to make for easier data entry and reading.
What is the filename of such a page?

Can one turn off the preview when submitting a product-book? Its rather annoying as it doesn't have mokus book fields in it - or can I add them in? Whats the filename?

OR how to search and edit an author in this EXTRAS if I have had thousand of authors?

It should be have Search function just like in "Categories/Products"

This is possible. You just have to change order of fields in this file:
admin/includes/modules/product_book/collect_info.php

Yes, you just have to "Restrict to Product Type" (including SubCategories) to "Product - Book" while editing a category.

This is handle by "MAX_DISPLAY_SEARCH_RESULTS", wich you can customize in the Admin interface ("Configuration > Maximum Values > Search Results Per Page").

This feature is being add to the future "Products Persons" contribution, wich will replace "Book Authors".
