admin HELP,PLEASE!!

After many attempts and a lot of time on this site, I finally got a sign-in screen for the admin area.

(I have localhost set up on my Windows XP laptop.)
Now I get:

Warning: require(DIR_WS_TEMPLATEStemplate_default/common/html_header.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\www\admin\index.php on line 43

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'DIR_WS_TEMPLATEStemplate_default/common/html_header.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in C:\www\admin\index.php on line 43

I'm close to just purchasing an ecommerce package. This is SO frustrating.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Please post your includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php file's readings without your mySQL Server name, mySQL Database name, mySQL Login Name and mySQL Password. It might simply be a configuration issue from either ' or ' one of these files.
