Adding text to items - near the displayed price

I need to add text to each item, but I don't want to add the text to the item descption. I'd like to add it near where the price and music genre is displayed (I need to indicate that the price includes VAT and some brief additional information) for my site http://www.devianthead.com .

How would I go about doing this? I've not found anything here, or in my nosing around the code, but I most likely missed something!

I am running Zen Cart 1.2.7 (Database Patch Level: 1.2.7) and PHP Version 4.4.1. I'm not ready to upgrade to the new version just yet, so I'd like to find a solution that fits into 1.2.7.

Could you be a tad more specific?

Is this the same text for each Product?

Yes, it would be the same text - one for the English version of the site, one for the German version (it is a notice regarding VAT)

You could do it with a READONLY Attribute and copy it to all products ...

This is only to display text ...

Does not show up on orders ...

Does not get added to the cart ...

Can be changed on the fly and updated in a moment ...

NOTE: be sure to backup your site before adding something like this to all products ...
