Discount for selected payment method

Hi

I want to offer a percentage based discount if a customer chooses a particular payment method.

I did a search in the forums and found a few posts similiar but the replies say go to the downloads section in which I have search and cannot find anything that looks like it.

I had a quick look in the archives but it's impossible to tell what those are.

Can someone point me to the correct zip to download? Thanks heaps!

but I install on a 1.36 cart and it does not work, does there need to be any modification for 1.3?
