2. How to change the text of "EZPages :: Privacy Notice :: Shared :: Zen Cart" to any text I want to put there?

1. How to delete the "home. log in" text above the logo?

Easiest way is to add the following to your stylesheet

#navMainWrapper {display:none}

It won't actually delete it, but it will supress its display and that of the other links such as shopping cart, checkout and logout that also appear in this navigation bar. If you really want to delete it, then make a copy of tpl_header.php in the common directory of your template and edit out the code that generates these links in the first place (you'll find it inside the #navMainWrapper <div>.

2. How to change the text of "EZPages :: Privacy Notice :: Shared :: Zen Cart" to any text I want to put there?

This has already been answered in the thread where you asked it earlier. Please don't post the same question twice - it just makes extra work for other people.
