MZMT Only Shows Handling Fee

Hi,
I just installed MZMt and configured it with the pre-built GeoZones. (I created my own GeoZone for Canada).

Configured my tables for price (not weight) as follows:

62.99:6.50,99.99:8.50,199.99:12,299.99:15,300:20

My problem is that when I ship to a Canadian address the shipping method only shows the handling fee of $7.00 and not the rest of the rate for the price of the order. If I delete the handling fee, the shipping charge is $0.00.

Next, if I select a US address, it charges $0.00 and the shipping estimator in the cart shows:
United Parcel Service (UPS) (Ground) $0.00
I don't have the UPS module installed.

My last issue, is that i need a way to have an expedited shipping charge, but I'm not using a specific module (fedex/usps/ups), I had it set up using table rate with an additional charge of $12.00 (prior to installing MZMT).

Anyone offer some help please?

According to your table, I must order at least $62.99 to be charged for shipping.

The name of the shipping method comes from the language file.

Use multiple tables for multiple shipping methods. In the current version, it is best to think of each table as a shipping method (to a specific destination).

Thanks... those were all my issues. I misunderstood in the FAQ the >= vs. <=, my own fault.

And, I edited the mzmt.php file and everything seems good now.
