Attribute image display in rows?

I'm trying to get attribute images to display in rows and columns rather than in a single column down the middle. I have played with the stylesheet with no luck - according to some posts this is a setting in the admin but I can't find it - in my "Attribute Settings" section there is only "enable attribute images". Please help!

Look in you admin > images > for Product Info - Number of Additional Images per Row

And set to the desired #. See if that is what you are seeking

no, that setting didn't help - someone said it may be a float tag in css but I haven't been able to get them to work. It is the attribute images specifically, not additional product images. Thanks. - Alice

you know I would like to do the same thing, nad I am willing to do the foot work to figure it out. but first things first. I am pretty sure that sixlizards and I dont have the save ver of zen cart running as the site I am working on, I took over for another guy and it is ver Zen Cart 1.2.1 and if it did not have heavey mods that I dont have the budget to reintergrate I would.
but any ways I need to know where the var, $options_attributes_image[$i] is defined, I tried greping but aperanyl not vert well, could the masters help me out and I will be on my way to makeing horazontal atribute images w/ a lager image pop up

Fixed it! in includes/modules/attributes.php, on line 418 or so, there is a <br clear="all" tag - take it out! Then the float specs will indeed work, and everything lines up in happy rows. hope this is helpful to other people!

Sometime do a fresh install of Zen Cart v1.3.0.1 into a test directory into a test database and load the demo data ...

This is managed in the Option Name setting when you edit this ...

If it is not working ... then I would suspect an issue in the stylesheet may also be a problem here ...

I have not been able to reproduce this error in a clean install ...

Yeah, I just DID a complete upgrade to 1.3.1 after someone suggested that would fix the problem.
It didn't.
It does make sense, though, that a float tag will get overridden by a br clear=all tag.

Setting "Attribute Images per Row" under Option Name Edit WORKS on an upgrade install with customized template.

Now the question is, can I get _MED and _LRG images works as well for these attribute images?

if you are naming the images correctly and locating them in the correct folders this should be automatic or a bit of Zen Majik.
