When you click on "All products" it shows the weight of the products. I dont want it to. It doesn't if you just click on a single product. Is there away to turn that off? Thanks!

In admin > Configuration > All Listing, you can turn that and other elements on/off and set their display order.
Other types of listing have their own setting pages.
