A customer ordered 3 downloads from my store, but paid using a paypal e-check. Once the e-check had cleared (10 days later), and I received the confirmation from paypal, he told me he was still unable to download his purchases. I went in and manually changed it from pending to processing and made sure all the yellow boxes were green boxes.
I got another email from him telling me he still hasn't got access to the downloads. I've changed the order status to "shipping" now. I have yet to find out if this worked for him.
1) Will changing it to 'shipping' work now?
2) Why didn't this become active as soon as the e-check cleared?
3) Also, will I have to change it manually myself for every time someone orders with an e-check?
I think I am running v1.2.6. Is the problem solved in 1.3? (I am gonna upgrade as soon as I have the time.)
