2 problems: Missing shopping cart page and a Layout controller box called WS_FTP.log

Ok, I have two different issues going on.

First, for some reason my shopping cart page, (the one that lets you edit the items you have saved in the store) is missing. If you click on Shopping Cart, it takes you back to the home page and you never get the option to view and/or edit what is in your cart. You can see what I mean by going to www.starbaseindy.com/DTO/store

Finally, for some reason, under Tools and Layout Boxes Controller, there is an option called, Sideboxes/Classic/WS_FTP.log. I dont understand why that would be there. Should I be worried?

might check your database via phpMyAdmin and see if you have anything in the layout_boxes table in the field layout_box_name for WS_FTP.log

These should not be loading ...

What version of Zen Cart are you running?

Is this your own template you made or one you bought somewhere?

NOTE: you should also configure your FTP program to not load WS_FTP.log files to the server btw ...

Sorry about the delay.

I checked the database where you suggested and on page 4 there is an item assigned to classic for WS_FTP.log. The entries to the right are all zero's, but I dont know how it got there.

Any suggestions?

That should not be in your database ...

Not quite sure how you would of gotten it in there ... I tried to reproduce a condition to make it happen ... but it does not ...

You can delete the record(s) that have the WS_FTP.log in the layout_boxes table for the field: layout_box_name

See if once deleted if they don't stay away ...

NOTE: be sure to get all of them before going back to the Layout Boxes Controller ...
