HEADING_TITLE problem

Hi Im new to this so bare with me if i have posted in the wrong place

Hi I have just checked my site and i have this HEADING_TITLE on the cart
you will see what i mean better here

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it or change it into some other wording please.

You should upgrade to the current v1.3.0.2 ...

You have things in v1.3 that were fixed ...

NOTE: Be sure to back up your site and database before doing an upgrade ...

How do i go about backing up my site and database please?

You download your whole Live website via your FTP program ...

You backup your Live site database with phpMyAdmin ...

There are several posts that DrByte and I have written on how to perform Upgrades using a test directory and test databse ...

You may wish to read through the Upgrades threads about this more to get more familar with it ...

If your host uses Cpanel you can do a backup of your site from there. Upgrade your cart. Add your template with your ftp and then upload your backup.

Hi Amy and thanks, I have done a backup via my cpanel,i thought this only backed up my web pages and not my cart? So i am asuming it backs everything up?
