I tried reinstalling zencart numerous times as I keep on getting blank pages for the store page i.e. ifeelfroosh.com/store/index.php and ifeelfroosh.com/store/admin/index.php
I don't know what else to do. Please advise.

If you look at your hosting account's control panel, is there an option to look at the server's "error log" ?
If so, what are the last 50+ entries ?

I think it may be a permissions problem, with the server not being set up correctly. If you go to http://www.yourdomain.com/store it should serve up whichever index file is in that level - but when I try on your domain it servers up a 'Directory Listing Denied' error.

By taking a look in the view-source, I see:
which is highly unlikely that the original package of Zen Cart would contain empty quotes.

"However", seriously, it looks like your template folder might not be set to the minimum permission level required. Since you're hosting your site under a windows server system, I'd suggest you contact your web hosting service in order, for them, to increase your permission levels.
Good luck.
Now when access http://ifeelfroosh.com/store/index.php i get this error
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: notifier in D:\hshome\kevinyu\ifeelfroosh.com\store\includes\autoload_func.php on line 78
When installling Zencart I thought the link for the store was not D:\hshome\kevinyu\ifeelfroosh.com\store\ but instead should be /kevinyu/ifeelfroosh.com/store ... what is hshome? I don't see that with filezilla.

The real path will still be the one with the hshome in it.

If you are unsure about what your actual path is then just create a new text document on your desktop, rename it to cwd.php (or whatever you like) and put this code in it:
Upload it to the root of your domain and then go to http://www.yourdomain.com/cwd.php and you'll see the pathway output onto the screen.Code:<?php $p = getcwd(); echo $p; ?>
Once done, delete the file - don't leave it on the server.
