    Default Uninstall options

Zen was offered as a cart by my web host. You've given yourselves a wonderful write-up, but this is perhaps the least user friendly environment I've found. I have now wasted most of a day trying to understand your platform and failed dismally. no help, to manual, no tutorial and no directions as to how to UNINSTALL it.

Can someone please tell me how I can escape?

What a curious way to request help.

The FAQ and the Wiki aren't great but there do qualify as help. and the forum is oustanding, so there is plenty of help if you want it and ask. However, with this attitude I'm more than happy to help you to uninstall which requires requires only that you delete your Zen Cart database and delete the directory containing all the Zen Cart files.

If you can't figure out how to delete a MySql database and hit delete on the zencart folder via ftp, you have a LOT to learn about building websites, and you very well might not find any webcart out there to fit your needs, outside of hiring a web designer or spend many days learning. But given this post either you don't have the time or patience to learn.

Did you at the very least read the FAQ section? If not, it would make sense why you are so lost.
