organizing 'new products'

How do I organize the "New Products" in the zen-cart admin panel. I want them to display in 3 columns in one row. I can't find it in the admin panel where to switch this.

By the way, is it just me or is the documentation of the zen-cart very hard to find?? Does anything exist? Do you just have to play around with everything until you find out what it dos in the admin panel?

Where can I find documentation on specifics of what each element of the admin panel does? The FAQ section doesn't have any detailed information. And the "documentation" section is empty! Where to find stuff?

I just hate asking stupid questions that I could probably find in a PDF of the cart somewhere.

Any help would be great. Thanks!
