Emails after ordering question

Im testing out my site for every little thing I can think of.

I just made another account made a purchase, went into the admin see the order. When I want to change the status of the order theres 4 options

1 - Pending
2 - Processing
3 - Update
4 - Delivered

It sends the email like it should when I have that option checked off.

How can I change the text/wording in those emails ? I would like #3 Update to read something like " Your order has been shipped" Instead of reading "Your order has been updated to the following status: New status: Update" How can I go about changing this ?

Be careful in the orders_status ...

While they can all be named other things, the values do have meaning on sites with Downloads ...

Attribute Settings will show that orders_status >= 2 or <= 4 allow for Downloads ...

orders_status 4 (Updated in original Zen Cart) is a specific setting for resetting the Order Downloads for a customer ...

The definitions are defined in the Localization ... Orders Status ...

Hi there
I simply use "Delivered" when I ship the email and skip "Update". I use "Update" only in circumstances where the goods have been shipped but I still communicate to customer about it for some reason. Once that has been sorted I will cahnge it back to "Delivered" because this tells me that the order is closed.

What I am saying is that orders_status 4 physically changes the settings on Download Availability on Orders ...

So an Order with Downloads that have expired due to too many attempts or too many days have passed ... when set to orders_status 4 on the orders.php ... even if you called orders_status 4 Cancelled ... it would re-activate the ability to Download a product ...
