    Phone/Fax Credit Card Details Error Message

    Can anyone help solve this problem. When customers select "Phone/Fax your credit card details through" for payment, they receive an error message that references:

    home/httpsd/html/mikaj/zen/includes/modules/payment/ccbyfax.php - Line 100

    I don't know enough about html languages etc to recognise the problem on line 100.

    All I know is that the order won't proceed and they have to pick another option. I was going to put a note on the website saying to use another option instead but thought I'd see if there was a way to fix it first.

    Hoping you can help.

    what version of zen cart are you using?

    Thanks for replying.

    Sorry I wish I knew which versions. My shopsite was already running when I took over. I have looked around the site to try and find version references but so far haven't found any. Can you give me an idea of where to look.

    I know I'm not on the latest version 1.3... because I took over prior to that release and have been contemplating upgrading to it.

    Is this available for version 1.3.9 or its obsolete?
