Installing The Table Rate for Shipping?

I am trying to enable shipping rate based on PRICE however it is not coming up when I test in for purchasing an item.

When I put the info though this comes up:

This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.

Even though my settings for table rate in modules/shipping are

ANY CLUES ON WHY TABLE RATE WILL NOT SHOW UP?

yea, i'm not getting the table rate at all either. so i'm bumping this in case you still didn't get it and someone can help us out

If your Products have 0 weight ... and 0 weight does not mean Free Shipping ... you need to change the setting in the Shipping/Packaging for the:

Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status
If there is no weight to the order, does the order have Free Shipping?
0= no
1= yes

Note: When using Free Shipping, Enable the Free Shipping Module this will only show when shipping is free.

yes I am having the same problem and i checked the setting above and it is set to 0 because there is a fee for all shipping, so what else could it be. eventhough i tried to set the table rate as follows:

Shipping Table
10:7.65,25:8.67,40:9.69


my table says:

This worked for me. I'm shipping from Canada and I can now ship to both the US and Canada based of total Price.

I just wanted to post on here to put the info out there for those who need it. I had the same or similar problem. A client wanted two shipping options: Free Slow Shipping, and Order Total Based shipping for expedited shipping.

The problem I had was that only one or the other would show up at any given time. Either free shipping would, or Table Rate shipping would. So I just disabled the "Free Shipping" module and enabled the "Flat Rate" shipping module.

I then just set the flat rate to 0.00 and edited the flat rate english define /includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/flat.php

I set the title to "Free Shipping" and the description to something like "Free Shipping via Donkey"

I this case, they needed the Table Rate to be price based priority shipping, so I edited /includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/table.php to reflect this.

Just thought I would post this up here for any of you that have a similar requirement.
