Got an error message from index.php on line 34

Could use some help from someone who's installed this program before:

Got as far as starting up the Installer, and when I typed in www.montanipublishing/catalog/zc_install I got the following on my screen:

Warning: main(includes/templates/template_default/common/html_header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/montanip/public_html/catalog/zc_install/index.php on line 34

Warning: main(includes/templates/template_default/common/html_header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/montanip/public_html/catalog/zc_install/index.php on line 34

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/templates/template_default/common/html_header.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/montanip/public_html/catalog/zc_install/index.php on line 34

Anyone got a suggestion on this one?

Sounds like a bad upload ...

Make sure you have the Full Zen Cart v1.3.0.2 from here ... and reload the files to your site ...

See if that doesn't fix things up for you ...

    Thanks for responding, Linda.

I just downloaded Zen Cart on Friday 7/14, so it looks like I got the latest patched version from 6/21. Are you suggesting download from a different mirror site?

I am suggesting that you should be sure that you download the right file:
    Full Zen Cart v1.3.0.2

And that you reload all of the files as it looks like you have bad, missing or corrupt files from your last upload to your site ...

Be sure to use a good FTP program and not something through your Control Panel as they usually cause more problems than not ...

Well, first thing I noticed is that I'd downloaded vers 1.2.7, so that's one issue. As to a good FTP program, I've been uploading to my site via the Control Panel and not any problems till now ---do you know anything about BlueHost's reputation in that department?

And if I do have to switch to a straight-up FTP program, got any recommendations there?

FileZilla - http://filezilla.sf.net - has a proven track record of reliability.

(a dedicated FTP program is always preferable over a host's browser-based tool)
