Help with mods

I finally got my test site up and running here but I have a few questions: http://www.webfxonline.com/cw/

1) On the left-hand side where it says “Categories” I want to change it to read “Manufacturers”
2) On the left-hand side where it says “New Products” and “All Products” where can I set them to align left?
3) On the right-hand side where its says “Manufacturers”, I want it to read “Store Info”
4) I want to modify the text beneath “WELCOME TO OUR STORE”
5) I want to add a couple of phones in a FEATURED PRODUCTS section in the center beneath the “WELCOME TO OUR STORE” text like in this example: http://osc.template-help.com/zencart_10096/index.php but I get this error when I do: 1146 Table 'allatonce.products_description' doesn't exist and the layout gets messed up

Many of the edits you want can be made in /includes/languages/english.php, where display text items are defined (perhaps also /admin/includes/languages/english.php).
