Error when attempting to upgrade

I'm trying to upgrade my cart (v. 1.2.6 ) to 1.3.0.2 to no avail. I've downloaded the changed files only package, changed the permissions on configure.php, copied the files over, and tried to browse to ~mysite/zc_install. However, upon trying this last step I encounter the following error:

So, yea. What's that mean?

You cannot use the Changed Files Only for v1.3.0.2 to upgrade from *anything* other than v1.3.0.1 ...

You need the Full Zen Cart v1.3.0.2 in order to upgrade your site ...

NOTE: Backup both your site and your database before attempting this ...

NOTE: It is recommended that you copy your site to a test directory and your database to a test database and edit the 2 configure.php files to reflect the changes of the test directory and test database and practice an Upgrade on your test site and test database ...
