Where are my categories

I did an upgrade, lost everything and had to re-install per Ajeh's advice I believe.
I'm in the process of cleaning up after the install, I find that I lost all the products that I uploaded before and my categories won't show up, neither will products show up on the main page.

What version of Zen Cart did you upgrade from?

What version of Zen Cart did you use to upgrade to?

If you upgraded to v1.3.0.2 did you use the Full Zen Cart v1.3.0.2 or the changed files?

Did you make a backup of your database and website before upgrading?

Did you do this on a test site or try to upgrade your real site?

Are all of your products and categories in the database if you peek at it in phpMyAdmin?

If so, what happens if you switch to Classic? Does everything show?

i'm not familiar with phpMyAdmin, does that come with zen cart?
i'll try switching to classic and let you know what happens...thanks

phpMyAdmin should come with your website Control Panel from your hosting site ...

It is not part of Zen Cart ...

i don't have phpMyAdmin
i do have MySqlDatabases though.
I'm not even sure what info I need to be looking for

Do you have a Control Panel for your site such as CPanel? You would find phpMyAdmin near the MySQL ...

Otherwise, check with your hosting site and ask them where phpMyAdmin is ...
