Idea or Suggestion How do I import products in my newly hosted shop if i lost the data on phpmyadmin.

    Hello everybody,
    HELP!!!

Before to by a domaine name I configured and made my zencart shop on a free host. I put all my products with their caracteristics... on line.
    A hard and long work!

I recently bought my domain name and started to transfert all my files on the new hoster using Filezilla.
I could successfully transfer all my website on this new host server, but the most important wasn't there: the categories & products.

Looking for information I read that I had to save not only all the files included in public_html using filezilla but the data base structure and contents using phpmyadmin also!!!
I even didn't know that the data base on phpmyadmin was different than the datas inside public_html.

    To resume:
    - I lost the data base structure and contents on phpmyadmin.
    - I have only the all zencart public_html/... files uploaded on the server.

    - Without the former DB structure and contents it seems that i can't get my categories and products on my new zencart hosted in the new hoster.

    - Is there any way to recover categories and products on my new site without having the former DB structure and contents?

    Thank you in advance,
    Best regards.
