Top bar Header Bar Nav Bar

I am having problems tring to move the top bar which has the home and login in it to below the logo.

Moving the bar to below the header requires that you edit your override copy of tpl_header.php

Locate the code between the bof and eof for
<!--bof-navigation display-->
to
<!--eof-navigation display-->

and move all the code including the bof and eof so that it comes after

<!--eof-branding display-->
