When I first started working on this template there was a color bar at the very top of the page above the logo and below the logo. They have gone away and i think I would like to have them back. http://www.givecourage.com/ Is there a way to do this. I don't know where they went. Thanks

the blue bar that goes all the way across is the background for the ez-pages
looks like you turned them OFF
