Checkout Error--HELP

I just had a customer send me this error:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding:
7bit Order#: 58 Card Middile Number: 00618073 Card Expires Month: 11

he siad that he gets an e-mail saying he had an order and then a little bit later he will get an e-mail with that error message. what can we do to fix this? and what does the error mean?

I don't know where zencart creates the message however looking at the error it seems to me that there is a problem with your customer's credit card

actually we figured out the problem. one of our programmers had created his own payment mod and for some reason it is denying every 3 credit cards-so he is going in to modify his mod.
