I'd suggest asking your questions, on this subject, into the appropriate topic where the author is usually gives support to users. A more definite response could be returned to you.

I haven't tested it, but it should be fine.

You might want to make a tiny update to the sidebox template file just to ensure consistency of appearance:
    tpl_messenger_status_box.php
    change this line:
    PHP Code:
     $content .= '<div align="center">'
    to this:
    PHP Code:
      $content .= '<div id="' str_replace('_''-'$box_id 'Content') . '" class="sideBoxContent">'
    .

Thank you for this contrib, DrByte! I loved it on osc and it was so easy to install following your instructions for the Zen version that even I didn't mess it up! Worked like a charm.

Try to change the host ID (there were several OSI host you can choose from; http://www.onlinestatus.org/usage.php) and no need to put the extension to your MSN ID. I mean if your MSN id is example AT msn DOT com, just put example.
