Hi,
I'm using the excellent Protx payment module to process CC payments and this has been working perfectly for a couple of months. However, in the last two weeks I've had notification for payment from Protx but the order hasn't registered within Zencart (the user account has been created but it shows them as having 0 orders). This means I have to contact the customer and ask them what they ordered. This has happened twice now.
Anyone have any idea why this should be occuring any of any solution?
