Remove prev/listing/next

how do you remove the prev/listing/next buttons and the Product x/x above it on the Product info page? Sorry if this is simple, but I have not been able to figure this out.

Also, could anyoen tell me how to add category descriptions to the subcategory listings on the main page?

On the Configuration ... Product Info ...

There are settings for the Prev/Next

NOTE: Nothing I love to do more than pan through products and impulse buy ...

Oh ... gee ... you are gonna turn off that feature ...
