    [select 'ADMIN' as customers_firstname, admin_name as customers_lastname, admin_email as customers_email_address from admin where admin_id = $SESSION:admin_id ]

There was new intelligence added to that file in v1.3.0.2 to support the SQL query content that you're reporting in your error message.
You need to upgrade that file on your server. Note the path mentioned is intentionally "not" in the admin area.

If you are getting that error, then you have already applied the database-upgrade part of the v1.3.0.1-to-1.3.0.2 upgrade.

So, if you are getting that error, then you evidently have not upgraded your PHP files as well when you did your upgrade to 1.3.0.2.

To help you any further, you'll need to describe everything you've done to your site in the last 2 months in detail, as well as all mods/addons you've installed.
