Are email addresses hidden to other customers?

If I send an email to "all customers" are the email address kept hidden from other customers?

The program sends individual emails and not mass BCC mail.

Well, I guess my first email is not going to leave a very good impression with my customers! It is all one paragraph with @CRLF where there should be a paragraph break. Any ideas?

Not in my experience. I was extremely disappointed when i send a newsletter to all my customer and realized that it had put ALL the addresses in the CC list. Which means that not only can my competition (who might have subscribed to my newsletter) would get the complete list, but also if some spammer gets hold of this list, they would start spamming the customers.

I should've tested the newsletter before sending it out .. i just didn't expect such a big loop hole from a system as great as zen-cart i guess.

If i had made a mistake somewhere, please let me know. Otherwise i sure wouldn't be using the Newsletter Manager again!

Zen Cart never uses the "cc" field in any of its emails.
There is nothing in the code doing that.
It loops through the list of email addresses to send to, and personalizes each one, using the "TO" field only.

If you're getting a long "CC" list, then you're using something other than standard code within Zen Cart.
