customers can't login

when i click on "log in" or after i have added to the shopping cart-I get the error saying the page cannot be found

This site was working for a few months now and then all of a sudden the customer called in with this problem.

these are what my sessions are set at:

cookie domain: true
force cookie use: false
Check SSL Session ID: false
Check user agent: false
Check IP address: false
Prevent spider sessions: true
Recreate session: false
ip to host conversion status: true

Not sure about how to fix this issue, but i do have a suggestion for your site. you definitely need to optimize your images......either get a mod, or use the medium and large folders for the larger images and within the images folder have your images sized for thumbnails. this will greatly decrease loading time on site. Sorry couldn't help out with posted problem though.

thats okay--yea i know the images are bad--i talked to my customer that owns the site about it the other day and she hasn't fixed the images yet...oh well... if she wants a better site she will eventually get to it :)

There error messages say that the secure URL is not correct ...

Check with your hosting site to see what your correct secure URL is and that it matches in your two configure.php files ...

okay what exactly am i looking for in the two configure files? i looked at the urls and they are all spelled correctly and such? i haven't even touched the configure files in a few months now and it was working before...

This is not correct ...

1 you are using a shared certificate and need to get the proper secure URL from your hosting site

2 your hosting site has setup and configured your secure site incorrectly

In either case, contacting your hosting site will resolve this issue by asking them what your real secure URL is for your domain ...
