cloning the shipping module - table

There is one module that is called table or something like that since I now have a different name for it.

I would like to copy this module sometimes since I have more than one shipping method that involves the weight to determine the transportation fee.

I lost about 2h30 searching in this forum and trying the solutions for similar problems but I couldn't resolve it. There was an error in table.php - line 23 that prevented me from putting the clone module to work alongsided with the original.

Does anyone know a good way to help me?
