I upgraded Zen Cart from 1.2.7 to 1.3.0.2 and also database, But I am getting the problem when I am on step 1 of 3 (checkout) Delivery information and moves to next page it redirects me to the same page. Kindly help.

This is usually the result of improper or incomplete shipping set up.
If you have products with 0 weight and no free shipping mod installed, or no shipping mod turned on at all those are the 2 things I have seen most often. I would check those first.When the world gets in my face I say Have A Nice Day.

just to clarify, I had this solution, I had free shipping enabled, and the Shipping Zone set to UK. setting it to None fixed it :)
