I suspect your problem is that you've changed file permissions in your /admin folder.

Normally, all "files" should be CHMOD 644 and folders should be 755.
It would seem you've somehow disabled the "Execute" property on the files, and thus the files are not accessible by your webserver.

You might also check your server's errorlog and report the last 50 lines here ...

All the folders have 755 and Files hav 644 permission
