Error when updating shipping methods...

I received this error while updating a shipping method:

The shipping method still updated, but what is the trouble?

When you get an error - read the error carefully- it tells you exactly what is wrong. You are missing or have a corrupted file -/home/naturew/public_html/tip_top/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/table.php

Check that you loaded the language file to the language directory and the code to the code directory ... that will really throw the code into a fit when you mix up the files in the shipping modules ...

Thanks Kim! That is a useful interpretation I have never been able to figure out what I should be looking at. Once I go to the file referenced in the second half of the error...well, from where I sit it doesn't appear to have anything to do w/ what the error says...and that is about where I start to get lost. Knowing that the trouble is the existence or quality of the first half of the equation should help to better troubleshoot these in the future
