I thought I had everything set up perfectly... but now it comes time to test before we go live and it seems that zen cart is not automatically processing paypal orders for some customers.
Our web host set up the paypal sandbox to test it all and it works perfectly for him in that he pays and gets redirected to our 'check out success page' with his download links (all virtual products) .
But when I test it out it redirects me to the check out success page but I don't get any links at all. When testing it with normal paypal my test customer was redirected to the check out success page but the purchase was set to pending and I had to manually process it so that she got access to her download links.
If it means anything may paypal account is an Australian one as is my test customer's account but our web host's account is a US one.... he thought that might make a difference somehow?
Anyone know what we have done to break it? And how we can get the paypal payments to automatically process and send people back to the page with their download links?
