After upgrade from 1.3.0.1 to 1.3.0.2 I try go to the home page and I see the header, left coolumn, and on the center, without right column, I see this message:
HEADING_TITLE
TEXT_GREETING_GUEST
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php') in /home/antiksbi/public_html/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_index_default.php on line 39
Please help me.
