We have the product set as "Taxable Goods", One tax Rate set up for one zone (Texas) and it's doing this on checkout:
TX TAX 8.75% + TX TAX 8.75%
For the life of me, I can't figure out what is wrong.
Anyone point me in the right direction? I searched the forums but couldn't find a similar situation.

Are you saying that only one zone is defined in your Zones Definitions screen?
What mods/addons are installed on your site?
What order-total modules are enabled in admin?.

Zone Definitions has: Texas.
Then when you click on Texas, it has: United States Texas, All Countries All Zones
The only add on I have is the one that makes the products display in columns or rows instead of just rows when you click on a category.
What order-total modules are enabled in admin? Gift Certificates, Subtotal, Tax, Total

After you asked those questions and I looked at it, I deleleted teh "All Countries" in the setting above and it fixed it. Thanks for your time.
