header display problem

i am having problem with m client site
currently the header is displaying this error message

how do you resolved this? i have search the forum archive for a solution but found none. FYI Magic qoutes runtime is off.

Its been running for about 2-3 months , version 1.2.9

Now i have even more error msg

You can find these via the Tools ... Developer's Tool Kit ... using the Top input box ... do not pick from the dropdown ... and click Search ...
