Hi guys,
Have looked at ALOT of templates and have still yet to find a nice 3 column layout that passes validation.
Does anyone know of a reasonably nice looking 3 column that passes validation?

Both of my free zen cart templates have valid xhtml and css according to the w3c validators and can be used for 2 or 3 column layouts:
