Shipping issues

I am using the UPS module. I have an account with ups.com. Zencart is about 25% or more cheaper than what my UPS.com account shows. I am in testing faze, and need to find a soloution for this. If i try to ship something from my store 42701 to my house 40175 Zencart says $6.26 for a 1.2 lbs package. Ups.com says ground is $9.79. Can you tell me what to look at to rectify this situation.
