Is it possable to give a customer store credit directly to there account?
I know i can mail a cert to them, and they can add that total to there account, but is there a way for me to manualy add the total to there account to use later? or do i have to email them and let them add it?
see im tring to give them store credit for an order that he changed, but i want to add it directly to his account.
can i do this via coupons, or do i have to do this with gift certs?
any help would be great
