Price without taxes when i'm logged. Why?

When i'm not logged the price is displayed correctly with taxes.

When i'm logged to the shop the price is displayed without taxes and the Total is the same, without taxes. Why?

What zone is the shop?

Are you logging in from the same zone?

Make a new customer for the proper zone ... does this one work?

The problem was that i wasn't loggin from the same zone
