Password for admin, view cart problem or other solution???

Hi I kind of have a loaded question.

I am trying to get the password for a user that says he cannot see the cart.

It is Sunday here, so I am basically just trying to figure out the password to log into the site through his login to see if there is any problems with it without having to email or call him for the password. I went through the PHP My Admin, but it comes up, I guess encrypted in the db... Is there any way to retrieve that password?

But preliminarily, I just log into the site with my own login and password, and I dont have any problems seeing the cart.

I suspect it could be a cookies issue or something else? any ideas? any help would be appreciated.
