Bypassing Order Confirmation

I'm having a hard time figuring out how can I skip the last page of the Checkout. Basically, the entire store requires no shipping whatsoever, so by just changing data in the Admin, I managed to skip Shipping and Delivery.

That means after the Shopping Cart, it goes to Step 2 of 3: Payment Information. I know it's important that this must not be skipped since the Payment Method is selected/configured here. Yes, I use two different payment gateways.

Now, from here, I really wish that the Continue button would actually take me to the Payment Gateway Site (e.g. Paypal's) as if I clicked on Confirm on the Step 3: Order Confirmation.

Tried redirect on load on Step 3, but it would be silly to look at by users with slower Internet connections, and anyway, history on browsers will still find Step 3.

Any ideas?
